Data Pull Privacy Policy

Lofberg Group, Inc. (“Lofberg Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses the Data Pull application solely for internal financial reporting and operational purposes.

Information We Access

With authorization from the applicable QuickBooks Online company, Data Pull accesses accounting and reporting data necessary to generate Profit and Loss reports and related internal consolidated financial reports. This may include account names, account balances, transaction and reporting information, and company identifiers.

Data Pull does not process payments or use QuickBooks Online data for advertising, marketing, sale, or unrelated purposes.

How We Use Information

We use QuickBooks Online data only to:

  • Generate internal Profit and Loss reports and consolidated financial reporting;

  • Reconcile and analyze financial performance across Lofberg Group entities; and

  • Maintain and improve the internal reporting workflow.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose QuickBooks Online data to third parties except as required by law.

Storage, Security, Retention, and Deletion

Data Pull is a private internal application operated by Lofberg Group. Access credentials and generated reports are maintained on Lofberg Group-controlled systems and are accessible only to authorized personnel.

Generated financial reports are retained in accordance with Lofberg Group’s financial record-retention practices. QuickBooks Online authorization may be disconnected at any time, after which the application will no longer access the disconnected company’s QuickBooks Online data. Stored connection credentials associated with a disconnected company will be deleted.
