Data Pull Terms of Use

Effective date: August 6, 2026

Purpose

Data Pull is a private internal application owned and operated by Lofberg Group, Inc. (“Lofberg Group”). It is designed to retrieve authorized QuickBooks Online accounting-report data and produce internal financial reports.

Authorized Use

Data Pull may be used only by Lofberg Group personnel or other persons expressly authorized by Lofberg Group. Users may use it solely for legitimate Lofberg Group business purposes.

QuickBooks Online Authorization

A QuickBooks Online company must be expressly authorized before Data Pull can access its accounting-report data. Authorization may be disconnected at any time. After disconnection, Data Pull will no longer access that company’s QuickBooks Online data.

Data and Reports

Reports generated by Data Pull are for internal management, accounting, and financial-analysis purposes. Users remain responsible for reviewing reports for completeness and accuracy before relying on them for financial, tax, legal, lending, or other decisions.

No External Distribution

Users may not sell, license, publish, or provide Data Pull or its underlying QuickBooks Online data to an unauthorized third party.

Changes or Discontinuation

Lofberg Group may modify, suspend, or discontinue Data Pull at any time. We may update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version on this page.
